Delivery charges

 

We offer a free click and collect service.

Order within a 5 miles radius, we offer free delivery

Orders under £2000 outside of the 5 miles radius, a delivery charged of £40 will incur.

Orders over £2000 outside of the 5-mile radius will have free delivery

 

Delivery information

 

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside of Mainland UK,

 

Our delivery rates cover Mainland UK only and excluding Scottish Highlands Ireland and some other remote areas.

 

Once we receive your order, we will then call or email you to arrange a suitable delivery date. We won’t send you your order until we have a confirmed delivery date from you, so ensuring correct contact information is very important.

 

To keep you informed throughout the entire delivery process, when we receive your order, you are sent an e-mail order confirmation, followed by a notification of dispatch when your order has left our warehouse.

 

Delivery will be between approximately 9.00am and 6.00pm on the agreed date. Unfortunately, an estimated time of arrival is generally not available.

 

If the carrier is unable to deliver on the agreed date because you are not home, or there is inadequate delivery conditions you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for redelivery, costing £40

 

Problems are rare, but due to the nature of our products we ask customers to thoroughly check their orders for signs of damage or unsuitability. We ask that any issues be reported to us within the first 24 hours of receipt or noted on the delivery note upon delivery.

 

It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible so if there is a likely problem, e.g., the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width restriction or parking, it is within a time zone restriction; please inform us at the time of order so we can discuss alternative delivery options. Please ensure adequate assistance is available at the delivery address as your delivery will be by lorry or van.

 

Delivery is kerbside only.

 

 

 

 

Multiple Shipments

 

You will receive no guarantee from us that the product you ordered will be delivered to you in a single shipment.

We may need to receive your products from multiple warehouses in some cases.

However, there is no reason to worry as your complete order will still reach you on the specified day.

 

Successfully Delivered

 

Once products are in your possession, they become your responsibility unless you return them to us. We are not liable for any potential loss or damage of items once they are delivered and accepted.

 

Very rarely damage may occur during the transportation of goods, so it is important to check and sign for your order on arrival. Noting any damage or missing items. Taking photos for evidence will help

 

We also strongly suggest that you contact us directly ASAP to make sure we are aware of the problem, as we cannot be responsible for any consequential losses after delivery has been signed for.

 

Using Professional Fitters

 

We strongly advise against booking fitters until goods have arrived and been checked.

 

Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses due to delivery wait times.

 

All boards should also be given time to acclimatise in the room they are intended for.

 

Free click & collect

 

We have a click & collect service available.

This service is only available Mon-Sat 7am-7pm
